U.K Orders will be sent 1st class Royal Mail.
Higher value orders may be sent recorded delivery, and will require a signature on arrival.

U.K Orders will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. (1-2 working days).
We aim to dispatch most orders within 5-7 business days of cleared payment, (Monday - Friday only).
This may be delayed at busy times and larger orders may take a little longer as the transfers are made by hand, by myself. Personalised transfers may also take a little longer, but i will always try my best to get orders out asap.

Refund/Exchanges.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, Please let us know and return it to us within 7 days of recieving your order.
We regret that personalised items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

- Items must be returned with a secure postal service, It is recomended that you may wish to return it via recorded delivery.
Once we have recieved the item back, you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.
The original postage charge will not be refunded and it will be the buyers responsibity to pay for the return postage charge.
